Customers

Every customer can have one or multiple sites associated to them.
A customer can log on to MAXPRO® Cloud using the user name and password that you have set.

To view the Customers page, click and then select Customers.

The following components are displayed on the screen.

Fields

Description

Add Accounts

This enables the dealer to add accounts.

Search

Option to search for the desired customer.

Site Name

Displays the  site names associated to the customer.

Site Reference No

Displays the site reference no of the site.

No of Controllers

Displays the number of controllers available in the site.

Customers

The list of customers associated with your account.

To create a customer

1. Click Menu00005.PNG and then select Customers.
The Customers page appears.

2. Click Add a Customer at the top right corner of the Customers page.
The Add New Customer page appears.

3. Enter the following details and then click ADD CUSTOMER.

Details

Description

Customer Name

The name of your customer.

Site Name

The name of a Site which is associated to the customer.

Primary Email

The email details of the customer.

Primary Phone

The contact number of the customer.

Site Reference No

An  unique number for the Site (optional).

Country

The country where the Site is located.

Address

The address of the Site.

State

The state where the Site is located.

City

The city where the Site is located.

Zip Code

The  zip code of the Site location (Zip code will be used to resolve the Site location in Maps).

A Site is also created along with the customer. To add more Sites, see  Sites .
