Video Recorder Firmware Upgrade

To connect any Video Recorder panel to MPC, you have to upgrade the device firmware and the URL. For example, for Series 35 ENVR, use the web location provided in the below table to download the latest firmware version.

 

To upgrade the HEN Series Recorder

1. Login to HEN Series Recorder.

2. Select MAXPRO Cloud mode from the main menu.
The system will reboot.

3. Login to HEN Series Recorder after reboot.

4. Under Settings, select MAXPRO Cloud.

5. Under Advanced Settings, select EnableEditing Server URL and then click OK.

6. Under Registration URL, update URL as  https://isom.netaxs.mymaxprocloud.com/ISOM.

7. Click Register.
