To connect NetAXS panel to MPC, you have to upgrade the device firmware and the URL. Use the web location provided in the below table to download the latest firmware version.

To upgrade the NetAXS firmware
1. Login to NetAXS panel web client.
2. Under Configuration, click System.
3. Click Host/Loop Communication.
4. Under Host, select Web Mode and then click Submit Changes.

Ensure that 485 is selected under Connection Type. |
5. Click File Management.
6. Under Recover Database, click Browse.
7. Select the file MAXPRO CLOUD/ NX123_apps05.02.64.00.bin and then click open.
8. Click Download.
9. Click OK to continue.
After firmware upgrade, panel will reboot. Verify the version from the General tab upon login.
1. Login to NetAXS panel web client.
2. Under Configuration, click System.
3. Click Host/Loop Communication.
4. Under Host, select MAXPRO CLOUD.
5. Update the Server URL to https://isom.mymaxprocloud.eu/ISOM [for Europe region] https://isom.netaxs.mymaxprocloud.com/isom or https://isom.mymaxprocloud.com/isom.
6. Click Submit Changes.
