Visual Management

The Visual Management function lets you take command and control actions on your devices.
In addition, you can zoom in on the map to view the exact location of the selected entities.

You can view the alarms of Devices, Cameras and Areas pre-configured in the Floor Plan. For more information, see  Floor Plan .

To view a location on the map

• In the home page, select the desired site or customer. From the left pane, click . The Visual Management page appears.

The Sites are listed in the left pane and map is displayed on the right pane.

To filter using labels

1. In the home page, select the desired site or customer. From the left pane, click . The Visual Management page appears.

2. Under All Sites, click Labels. For more information on assigning and grouping Sites, see Labels.

3. Click to search for Sites. Or, you can also select to filter and then click APPLY.

    The Sites are filtered and the are results displayed.

To view the doors on the map

	Note:
	Disabled doors are not visible on the floor plan.

1. In the home page, select the desired site or customer. From the left pane, click . The Visual Management page appears.

2. From the left pane or in the map click the Site Name to view the floor plan of the Site.

3. In the floor plan, you can view the configured doors.

4. In the middle pane, select Doors.

5. Click the  Door to view the following:

a. Device Status

	Note:
	When there is a fire alarm in the Panel, all the corresponding doors starts displaying the fire alarm icon as fire alarm takes precedence. Also, the floor plan displays the fire alarm icon.

b. Actions.

6. Click ACTIONS to block access/unlock/momentary unlock the door.

To view the Outputs

1. In the home page, select the desired site or customer. From the left pane, click . The Visual Management page appears.

2. From the left pane or in the map click the Site Name to view the floor plan of the Site.

3. In the floor plan, you can view the configured doors.

4. In the middle pane, select Outputs.

    All the configuration outputs will be listed down in the current status.

5. You can use the toggle button to turn ON/OFF the Outputs.

 

To view the areas/zones on the map

1. In the home page, select the desired site or customer. From the left pane, click . The Visual Management page appears.

2. From the left pane or in the map click the Site Name to view the floor plan of the Site.

3. In the floor plan, the floor plan and configured zones, if any, will be visible.

4. In the left pane, the list of configured Areas appears.

5. Select an area and then click Arm/Disarm to arm/disarm the area.

	Note:
	You can also select multiple areas of same status to arm/disarm.

 

5. Click the  Area to view the following.

a. Device Status (which can also imply Zone, Camera, Controller, Door, and so on)

b. Zones

To view the cameras on the map

1. In the home page, select the desired site or customer. From the left pane, click . The Visual Management page appears.

2. From the left pane or in the map click the Site Name to view the floor plan of the Site.

3. In the middle pane, select Cameras.

4. Click the desired Camera to view the following:

a. Device Information

b. Device Status.

c. Live Video

Tip: Click Record Clip to trigger a manual recording of the current live feed for the event recording duration.

To view multiple floor plans

1. In the home page, select the desired site or customer. From the left pane, click . The Visual Management page appears.

2. From the left pane or in the map click the Site Name to view the floor plan of the Site.

3. In the floor plan, you can view the configured doors.

4. In the floor plan view, click the drop-down to view the multiple floor plans associated to the selected site.

	Note:
	You can hover your mouse over the icons (of devices) appearing on the floor plan. The mapped device is highlighted on the left pane.
